My work and my hobby is all around the food. I am graduated in law, but 10 years ago I chose my way. I menage my farmhouse restaurant born 32 years ago together with my family, I produce pasta with Sicilian grains and for many years I have hosted people from all over the world to cook together and share family recipes. Since I was a child I can smell the dishes prepared by my mom and my granny. I've been breathing food, tradition and nature since I was born. I've been talking and hearing about food since I've been in bands. I organize the catering on my restaurant, I love to stay in contact wtih my clients and I love cooking.
