I usually like to cook what the season offers in that specific day. You can try starters, pasta, fish, meat dishes or some vegetarian dishes all cooked freshly by a Sicilian Chef!

Dinner with Fulvio was delicious and lovely! Yum!!!
Fulvio is a gem. We had such a wonderful time, the food, the wine, the introduction to Sicily and Palermo, you just have to love the guy. We had some dietary restrictions which we gave him only the day of the dinner, and he accommodated us perfectly. He even got us a taxi, which arrived in about 2 minutes, to take us back. Only one regret: we had extra pasta and we FORGOT to take it home!
Fulvio was an incredible host, so friendly and welcoming. His food was delicious and he gave us some great recommendations for Palermo! One person in our party doesn’t eat fish and he easily worked around that. His apartment is super lovely and the views are incredible. Would 100% do this cooking class again next time we are in Palermo
Fulvio was very nice but the tour was more walking tour then food tour. We had only 3 stops with very mediocre food. We asked for alternatives for sea food so maybe this was the reason but it was extremly below our expectations
Set in an oasis in condo-land ,Fulvio received us like old friends. This was the beginning of a warm and wonderful experience that went beyond the delicious food that we helped to prepare.
