I would have liked to have written a positive review, however, that will not be the case. When I received the email confirmation of our booking, it included directions to the meeting point. Those directions included a link to the address. It turns out that the link is incorrect. The address is correct but the link directs you to a different location. For those of us who are tourists and don't know the streets of Rome, this is a problem. We trust that the link provided will be accurate. My wife and I showed up at the address indicated by the link, which turned out to be incorrect. We were told by another tour operator who happened to be in that location that we were 20 minutes from the listed address (not the linked address). I contacted our tour guide who tried to be helpful. He left the tickets for the entrance for us to use if we could get to the entrance within 10 minutes. This was not possible. Being our last full day in Rome, we ended up booking a different tour for later in the day, in effect paying double. We attempted to contact the operator of the tour but they have not replied at all. I am sure the tour would have been good, most of the ones we took were, but in this case the information provided by the tour company was incorrect, at least the link was incorrect. This should have been checked by the company before sending out the vouchers for the bookings. It would have been good to have been refunded our cost, or at least a portion of it, but again, I have heard nothing from the company. Beware, and always double check the address to which the provided link directs you!

We did 'skip the line tickets' only. For the Vatican Museums + Sistine Chapel that worked well for us wanderers. Dario texted me the tickets in PDF early in the morning, was really helpful in answering a few questions via text, and also sent me a picture of the entrance so we knew what to look for. I liked doing the museums unguided instead of being herded through on a tour. However, the guided tour groups do get to sneak out the back of the Sistine Chapel and directly into St. Peters basilica which could be a HUGE benefit to the tour since it allows you to also avoid the line for St Peters (yes St P is free but the line is insane by mid-morning). Still, with tickets only we experienced the museums and chapel at our own pace and then later in the afternoon only waited about 30-40 minutes to get into St P and still had enough time before close (but we did have to walk all the way back around to the St P side first which isn't trivial). If I had limited time or limited walking, I would pay for a guided museums tour in order to skip St P line. Also, in the museum, we rented the audio guides for a few euro each (2nd floor) which gave some good info on exhibits without the live guide (might want to bring some wired earbuds next time to make that a little more convenient). Be prepared for a shoulder to shoulder chaotic day at the Vatican whether on a tour or not.

Seeing the gardens, learning about the Sistine chapel and walking through it. Easy and quick to enter with guide. Easy to book online too. So much to see - around 2 hours

Horrible experience. Do not book through this company. They say you skip the lines but magically there wasn’t any. Then they paid half the price in their debit card, give you a map and off you go. Treated like absolute peasants after they changed the due times. No communication and we left 10 mins in after being messed around by them. The meeting point is not at the museum entrance. We basically paid double the entrance price for no reason after being tricked into going through them as there’s no other option. Telling us to buy online as it will be sold out and really busy and it was the complete opposite. Rip off experience

Well organised and easy to find. The tour was exactly what we expected, but maybe next time I would arrange a guided tour, due to the vast rooms within the museum. But very interesting place to visit.

Originally set for 9 am when Vatican opens. Text us a change to start 10:50am. We thought that was ok. But not realizing the later the time the way more crowded. We realize the Vatican is a must see for tourists like us. But So so many tour groups and masses of people. Made it extremely difficult to walk around. Stuck many times between a mass of people and could not walk forward. We left early. Think key is getting there earlier.
