Tour Castelmola e Taormina da Messina

There were 16 of us in the group, all English speaking, mainly Americans and Australians. Two in the group spoke Italian and very little English. The driver did not speak English at all. The whole time he engaged totally with the Italians who sat in the front seat with him. This tour was a disaster. He could not even tell us where the toilets were or what time to get back on the bus. Halfway through the transfer, people were texting Pellegrini letting them know we were dissatisfied. At the end of the transfer, the driver dropped us outside a church and pointed towards the ship. That was the extent of his communication with us. Not the driver's fault, the company should have supplied a driver who had even a little command of English. We discovered when we got back on the ship that people we met did the same tour in a taxi with two others which cost exactly what we had paid. A total rip off! We would not recommend Pellegrini Services to anyone who is interested in doing this tour. They are too careless in making proper arrangements. Lyn, Brisbane Australia

Santino was very prompt with response to emails and Emilio (our driver) was efficient and on time. This was not a "tour" rather a "transfer". No where was it written that there would be no commentary. Our driver didn't even speak English. The other passengers in our group of 16 were also disappointed. If it wasn't for an Italian couple in our group, we would not have been able to communicate with the driver at all.

Excellent customer service our guide Santino was very informative and full of energy business owner. He was also very well informed of historical locations and things to do along the way for fun and for food. Overall I highly recommend him again I cannot stress the excellent customer service skills cleanest of vehicles and making the rides short while telling us stories.

Si vous voulez visiter Taormina , Castelmola et Messine à votre aise , n hésitez pas à prendre cette société ! Le chauffeur était top ! A notre écoute, il nous laissait le temps de visiter et de découvrir cette magnifique région de La Sicile ! Franchement vous pouvez reserver sans hésiter !!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Tomamos el tour a Taormina al desembarcar el crucero, fuera del ámbito de venta de las excursiones oficiales. la unidad muy confortable, y el conducto, un verdadero guía que amplió los recorridos para lograr las mejores vistas. El único comentario es el tiempo de estadía en Taormina (dos horas), pienso que se pudo ampliar al menos una hora mas. Muy recomendable
