Really enjoyed learning about Venice origins, in particular all about the Jewish community and the things off the beaten track

Tour was great, a lot of walking but nice. JULIA out tour guide was incredible, she was very knowledgeable and she gave the tour in 3 languages.

Irene was lovely but we did not learn much on our tour. It was more or less a brisk walk with very few stops and little to no information about landmarks or history. When we arrived at St. Marcos Square we were told it was the end of the tour and we were not provided any information about the square, cathedral, or palace until we asked where we were. Even then it was a very quick overview of the building we could see with no details. It was an inexpensive option and I guess we got what we paid for. We would not recommend.

I created no memories on this tour because no one showed up to take us on the tour. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my fist experience with booking on the Viator app. I want a full refund! I would like to know what happened and how to get my money back??? Negative zero stars!

This was a very poor tour.I had booked the tour with an English guide but it was a tour for Spanish speaking people and i was the only English speaking person on the tour,so it just became a walk and not a tour

Marta is a well read, English (among other languages and dialect) speaking individual who passionately shares her knowledge about Venice with us and has made sure we have had a good experience with her. She made the tour seem easy to walk and navigate and honestly the entire walk ended with us wanting for more of her charm and knowledge (Passion).

Excellent first introduction to Venice and chance to sample canal travel. Our guide, Camilla, was skillful at handling a group requiring 3 different languages. She shared interesting stories, practical help & guidance. We were able to take a short gondola ride and then a private boat back to the starting point near train station.

We had a very bad experience. The 1:30 - 2h tour was divided into 3 languages at the same time (Spanish, Italian and English), so in reality we had only around 30 min dedicated for each group. It seemed like the guide tried to do her best, but the dynamic of the shared groups made it hard to deliver a good experience. We chose a specific language when bought the tour, and we wouldn’t have spent our money if we knew that’s how it would happen.

It was an excellent way to see most of Venice sites in a few hours. The walk was very tiring, only because we had only arrived from overseas in the morning and the pace of the walk was very fast. The guide was excellent but because we were the only English speakers, it was difficult for the guide to describe in detail in two languages.

Getting immersed into the daily life inm Venice. We requested an english speaking tour, guide did tour in spanish and english, created several lulls.
