We did have a nice time however it would have been better if the mic worked with the tour guide we missed half of what she said because of loose connection.

The walking tour was very informative and interesting. Our tour guide Valentina was excellent. Although the gondola ride was great there was a lot of time wasted waiting and then walking to the ride.

The tour company was fantastic. Our hotel was located outside of Venice and we had to take the train into venice. We just missed a train and had to wait which made us late getting to the tour destination. The company accommodated us in their next tour without question. The guide was very informative and very professional. Amazing company

What a fabulous tour! Our guide Nicolo Merlo gave us great detail of historical neighborhoods & the context of changes throughout the ages. He was born and raised in Venice, so he knew of which he spoke. His humor was delight & we would have stayed the whole day with him if possible. The pace was very comfortable & the information provided used a great launch for our stay in Venice. Grazi!

Lots of good information but the gondola ride was 15 minutes at best. Did not understand why the tour did not end near the gondola ride? Instead, we had to wait in another line and then walk 15 minutes to the location for a very short gondola ride. Wish I had done the 1.5-hour boat tour.

Tour was a waste of time: A. Supposed to be in English only but was bilingual as I think they combined 2 tours into 1. B. Guide seemed in let’s do the minimum frame of mind, seemed uninterested. C. The guide didn’t use his mic very well so only heard part of the talk. D. Never kept the group together and some people got lost and trouble keeping together in the narrow lanes which were crowded. E. At the end he just rushed off and didn’t bother collecting all the headset devices. F. After the tour ( we only stayed because of the gondola finale) we had the optional gondola experience which was very good and the different staff there were very helpful and collected our headsets.

The experience of the Gondola ride and hearing the history of Venice, Italy. Walking through the town on the cobble stone roads seeing the laundry hanging on the brick stone buildings.

A really interesting tour of parts of the city that might not necessarily be on everybody’s list of planned locations. Very informative and worthwhile.

Valentina was a perfect guide. We had a brilliant time and it was a great way to see lots of Venice.

We listened to the guide through a headset for which the reception was spotty. Also the guide was giving his presentation while walking and looking forward without directly engaging anyone, which seemed to contribute to his communication being very fast and sounding disembodied. I couldn't follow what he was saying, so I gave up. WE enjoyed the gondola ride, as there was no one to try unsuccessfully to listen to. I asked for a partial refund but my request was denied. Then for the Valparaiso return ride in the evening too many passengers waiting to board and our wait was challengingly long.
