Poorly organized. Did not receive a ticket to show what I purchased. Could not find the tour guide. Missed the entire tour as a result. Asked for a refund and was only provide 5% rebate. This was an insult. Should received a full refund. Will file a compliant with the Italy minister for tourism.

Wonderful experience. Alexandra, the guide was extraordinary, extremely knowleable and pleasant. Perhaps one of the best guides I ever had.

Alessandra 53 was very knowledgeable and accommodating tour guide. She is a excellent tour guide and knows the history of the collesium inside out. I would reccommend that all my friends that decide to take this tour request her.

The view at the top of Palatine Hill into the Forum was awesome! The views inside the Colosseum were spectacular!

Wow what a great experience. Loved this tour and our guide with red hair was incredibly good. We arrived early at meeting point and soon they got us checked in and had a headset plug that was working for each of us. This way the guide just talked into mic they wore and we all listened to all the facts and history of what we saw at palatine Hill, colloseum, and forum. Be prepared for a lot of stairs in the colloseum.

Our tour guide “53” was outstanding! Very energetic, knowledgeable and fun. No words to describe the Colosseum it’s a must see and I’m glad we took the tour for a number of reasons; skip the lines, history and a guide who made the tour fun and interesting. Thank you, job well done!

Allesandra was an excellent tour guide! The route and pacing was fantastic. She brought along materials to help us imagine what the different ruins and places looked like when they were complete. Highly recommend the tour to anyone trying to learn about the colosseum, palantine hill, and the Roman forum!

Super Fantastic tour! Letitia was an amazing tour guide! My family was 8 people of a group of 12. For helpful constructive feedback, I'd like to offer that maybe they could keep the "pink heart" flag raised during most of the tour. There were times in the Forum area where it was crowded and we had to scramble to find where our group had gone, and the flag was in its retracted state. I completely understand how it's a pain to hold up a flag all day. Yet this task could be assigned to a tour group member (who could take turns). I offer this feedback because several reviews stated disappointment because they became separated from the group and could never find the group again. I hope this feedback helps improve the tour for future customers. From my family's viewpoint, the tour was absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed every minute of it. Skip The Line is the only way to fly, as you get to make wise use of time. We feel like we lucked up and got the very best tour guide in all of Rome.

This was a very good tour and great value for money. To enjoy and get the most out of it ensure: - you have bottled water with you - you’re wearing shoes meant for walking - you wear a hat - you’re prepared for lots of fast-paced walking on ancient pathways, with hilly terrain and lots of stairs A couple of things would have made the tour an even better experience for us: - more specific instructions regarding where to meet. The Arch of Constantine occupies a very large, very busy area - understanding that the entry into the Colosseum was timed. The Palatine Hill and Forum felt rushed, but as we understood later, our guide was making sure we were on time for the Colosseum - knowing that there are elevators and shade in the Colosseum Thanks very much to our guide for sharing his love of Ancient Rome with us.

I was unable to attend both the Vatican and the Colosseum tours because i did not have the correct tickets. I only had the confirmation numbers, so we could not join any of the apparently various groups you farm this out to. In addition, by the time I realized this, the period of time to cancel the reservation had expired for the Vatican tour and then as if this was not more than enough, neither my hotel which tried to help and cancel could not cancel the Colosseum either as NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE when we tried to get a hold of your organization. Huge rip off of $ 400. I was able to find another tour on site easily and pay for the Vatican tour again myself, another $ 130. What a mess, never again!!!!!!
