Four of us spent an amazing day with Patrizia. We meet at the market, selected a menu and shopped for the fresh produce and meat. Our day with her was filled with amazing food, an excellent cooking class, wine and delicious meal we helped her prepare. I love to cook and I learned tips about Italian cooking I did not know. Patrizia is delightful, interesting and knowledgeable about food, wine and her beautiful Florence. We loved the experience.
