This was one of our favorite tours while in Italy. A stop in Pisa and Lucca. We absolutely loved Lucca. Then we had an amazing stop at Fattoria San Michele A Torri Winery. Rami our tour guide was wonderful.

The whole tour was great. We had an amazing driver that answered all of our questions about any of the sights we saw. We liked that we were able to be dropped off to explore on our own and picked up to go to the next location. The end was great. The Chianti wine tasting was amazing. We booked this last min and were so happy and glad we did. Cosimo our driver and tour guide was so nice and accommodating!

I'm going to lump the 2 tours we did together. This tour of Lucca and Pisa was our second day with I Just Drive, the day prior we were on the small group (which was just the 2 of us) tour of Siena, San Gimignano and Winery. Both days we had the same driver Cosimo who was very good at getting us around traffic snarl's, which also led us on some very beautiful roads. The first day it was just my wife and I and a Mercedes E Class Sedan, man did we feel special and classy! The visit to Siena and San Gimignano were perfect introductions to us of the Tuscany Region. We were able to shop/eat/wander at each of these locations and were told of the history leading up to them. We also visited an old castle that was huge with a cute village in the middle of it. The second day we were also in a small group and there was another couple with our tour. We, again, in a very nice Mercedes Van. For this day, we first visited the town of Lucca, it's an ancient city within fortified walls around it. We found it beautiful and very peaceful. There was plenty of shopping and dining within the town and we had just the right amount of time here. From there we were off to Pisa and that Leaning Tower. We didn't expect to spend a lot of time there and it was just the right amount of time to visit and see the grounds. Afterwards it was off to a small winery in the countryside and a tour of their wineries (both days - different wineries). The folks at the wineries were very very nice and accommodating. One was very generous with their wines, the other not as much. We then returned to Florence, and not really tired since it was a very relaxing day! I'll only give one caveat, the food prepared at the wineries is more of the cheese and assorted meats with bread and later in the day, so if you can (and I did), in one of the towns grab a bite to eat to hold you over til you get to the winery.

Fabio did an excellent job. My dissatisfaction with the tour was that in Lucca and Pisa we were supposed to be totally on our own, just dropped off and later picked up. Fortunately Fabio took us around and explained many things; we then had free time in Lucca. There was no indication of this in the description.

We had a wonderful day trip to Lucca, Pisa, and a wine estate with Daniel and I Just Drive. The meeting place was easy to find and the staff in the hotel was welcoming and friendly. Daniel arrived on time with a cheerful greeting. The van was clean and stocked with water and some prosecco! Daniel's outgoing personality was a plus, making the hour-long drive from Florence to Lucca enjoyable. The iPads provided for sightseeing in Lucca were very helpful in finding our way around the city and the recommendations were spot on. Our time in Pisa was short, but we didn't really need more than 50 minutes to see the sights. The trip to the wine estate for a tour and tasting was a nice way to finish the day. Though semi-private with a potential for 8, there were only four of us. It's a great way to get out of crowded Florence for the day and not have to worry about navigating the roads or catching a bus. Important note: "I Just Drive" means just that - you are not hiring a tour guide (though Daniel did provide some good introductory information while driving.) This is the perfect tour for travelers who enjoy visiting a city on their own and at their own pace. Highly recommended.

The drive was pleasant, driver was educational, and the iPads with pre-marked landmarks were helpful! The winery was fantastic and enhanced the trip!

Super fun day! We lucked out being the only 4 people on this tour. Our driver, Carlo, was super fun and knowledgeable. He told us lots of interesting facts, stories, and answered all of our questions. Lucca was a cool little city that had a sports car show on the day we were there. We wandered around the city streets stopping for some lunch and shopping. Then we headed to Pisa. There was not enough time to climb the tower, which disappointed our group. We would have opted for less time in Lucca had we known that this would happen. Our last stop was for the wine tour which was quite interesting and the wine was delicious. We were able to ship a case back to the states. Because our group was small, we were able to stop along the tour a few times for photo ops. Overall, it was a great day and we would recommend the tour. Thank you!

We had a great day! We visited a small town, Lucca, which was a nice change of pace from Florence and Rome. It’s small, quiet and quaint. Then you spend an hour in Pisa which is just the right amount of time. Not enough time to go up the tower, but enough to go around the grounds and stop for pictures. Then, the winery was perfect. The best part- our driver Leonardo! He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. We had water and a bottle of prosecco for the car ride. One of the best days of our trip!

This was a great tour to experience 3 different spots. Bike riding around the Lucca wall was a particular favorite of the group, you can finish this ride in half an hour and great views of the entire city. The wine was excellent and it was nice learning about the wine making process, as well as the details behind tasting. Our driver Luca was open to any questions we had and made for a fund drive! Would definitely recommend this tour :
