Weather conditions led to individuals taking smaller boat from Maiori to Amalfi. No individuals on site to steer you to correct boat if you are on a tour. Ok, understand weather conditions exist but more communication needs to happen with tourists as well as boats.

Nice enough tour, but had money stolen by our tour guide. When we got to the Mount Salaro chairlift, he told us that if we paid him cash he would get us tickets that would let us skip the line for 14 Euros each, 28 Euros total. All I had were two 20 Euro notes, which he took and said "I'll give you your $12 back when we get back to the bus." Of course, a couple hours later at the bus, he didn't remember the exchange and didn't have the 12 Euros for me. It's not really about the money, because I had planned to tip him anyway, but the belief that he could just help himself to my money was a bit grating. Tour itself was nice, the chairlift ride and ensuring views was spectacular.

This was supposed to be a guided tour however we where left to find our own way around. The guide meet us at the port at Capri but if we had not looked for him we would not have found him. We where then broken up into groups of different speaking languages. But we only had one guild. Who was unable to communicate with everyone. We where left to explore the island on our own with very little to no help from the guild. We could have done the Same thing on our own for a 1/4 of the cost.

The fact that I booked a trip from Amalfi to Capri and the tour thought I was being picked up in Māori. So I had no pick up. No trip. I want a refund. Everyone was so rude and not helpful.

Trip wasn’t managed. We didn’t meet anybody from operator in port even though at the ferry. Guide Pepe wasn’t worthy many. We didn’t get any information about capri.

We had a great day in Capri. Our guide was fantastic, giving us lots of tips for our time on the island. He left us to our own devices at times which was nice, allowing us to explore on our own. The view from the boat was spectacular as we pulled into Amalfi, Positano and Capri, we were lucky that our trip started from Maiori, one of the first shops. The only problem we had was at the start of the day when we couldn’t find where the tour started or our guide. This might have been our fault though!

Most unorganized tour ever! Tour guide offered everyone on ferry option to take English speaking tour bus for only 20 euros (said what a great deal blah blah…) there were not enough seats on small bus so some of us had to wait for another bus (30 min wait) then we get to top and they are all in store sampling lemonchello. It was like a free for all. Guide not once stopped to get group together. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Another great tour we’ve been on. We started the morning by meeting the tour guide Corrado at the Maiori port . You have to look for him with the ID tag he’s wearing and very nice guy to start out the day. We boarded and stopped by amalfi to pick up more customers . This is a huge group comprise of people from different countries so Corrado have to speak Italian and English to translate for the 2 different groups. We get to sail by amalfi , positano , and then capri . We get to swim and see the grotto . After that they bus us up to anacapri for photos , lunch on your own and shopping . Then bus back down to capri for more sightseeing then jump on board to go back home . You can chose to get off certain ports if you choose to see more of amalfi. Our tour guide Corrado was great and it was a wonderful excursions. It’s a big group so expect that if you don’t mind .
