Our driver, Massimo, and our tour guide, Luigi, for this tour were fantastic! The description of the tour, however, was misleading. The tour is limited to 14 people and the description says that we will travel by boat. There were 14 of us but we travelled by ferry with hundreds of other people. This is not what we expected nor is it what we paid for.
Pick up time is very accurate and smooth. The whole trip was pleasant, the tour guide Petra (sorry if I spell it wrong)she provides a lot of useful information before we go wondering on our own. And I had to ask to be dropped off in a different spot because I bought some really nice white wine from the island. The driver did his best and drop me off as close as possible and also not affect others too much. I really appreciate it. The company replies to questions very quick, and communicates well. Highly recommend this tour if you don't want to plan on your own and have a nice hassle free trip.
Our tour guide, Marta, was excellent. Cinque Terre is beautiful. Our driver was excellent over some skinny, twisty roads…no one got car sick! Highly recommend going there but my booking experience with Viator was horrible. They kept sending me messages that my trip was booked for pick-up in a town 50 km from where we were staying. Then I would get another email saying I was to be picked up where I booked for. Then another email would tell me that I was wrong and that I booked for the wrong city…on and on and on for 2 weeks prior to the tour! When the day of tour arrived, we were on the list for the correct departure point I booked. I do not recommend booking with Viator!
Fab trip wud highly reccomend..our guide amelia was just great..very informative and friendly with a great sense of humour.we had a lovely time with a small group of friendly people..its a must...
This is trip is perfect for experiencing the Cinque Terre for the first time. Visit 4 of the 5 towns as well as having free time to look around each one and have a spot of lunch. The guide Elisabetta was very knowledgable providing information at each stop and showing us around a little before we had free time. She also showed us the best places for photo opportunities. Elisabetta made the trip stress free and is a credit to Bella Italia tours. I would definitely recommend a visit to the beautiful Cinque Terre.
