Molto bello anche perché pioveva tantissimo e a piedi avremmo visto poco, inoltre è possibile scendere per visitare quello che interessa e poi riprenderlo dopo.

The ride is very affordable yet very detailed. The tour guide is also kind enough to remind us that we are free to hop-on & off anytime for the next 24 hours from our ticketed date & time, as long as they're operational. Recommended.

On a two day visit we saw and did a lot. Trieste is not just a melting pot... It's a melting electric furnace combining Austrian, Italian, and Slovakian heritage to form a unique basis for its own identity. And it's tasty. High point for our quick visit... Getting great coffee in the café where James Joyce read still unpublished works to his brother.

My wife and I booked seats on your Hop Tour last Tuesday Sept 27. We liked the description you give on your website: DISCOVER TRIESTE IS EASY WITH HOPTOUR HOP ON - HOP OFF It's a great concept, which is used in hundreds of cities around the world. We enjoyed the tour and found the Audio-guide to be interesting and informative. Our experience, however, was ruined at the end by the behaviour of your two hostesses when the bus arrived back at the starting point. Six of us wanted to remain on the bus to "Hop Off" at San Giusto castle. That is the concept you sold us. Yet the hostesses ordered us to get off the bus on the pretext that they needed to clean it before taking on a large number of new customers that were crammed around the main entrance. Importantly: - They did not tell us we could re-board - They did not distinguish between us, who had fully-paid tickets valid for the day, and those who hadn't bought a ticket and were queuing at the entrance - They spoke disrespectfully about us to each other in Italian as they ordered us off..."That's all we need! Customers who won't get off the bus!" - They did not clean the bus. Fortunately there was a manager checking in the new customers who realised that they were wrong to throw us off without explaining and ensuring we could get back on. He spoke to them and eventually we were allowed back on the bus. But had I not complained to this man, the six of us would have been left stranded at the bus stop. You have an opportunity for improvement by ensuring those who run your operation and guide your paying customers give them accurate information at the right time so that they can indeed "Hop on and Hop off" as you claim. And if you want to accommodate more customers, then lay on an extra bus. But do not ill-treat those who have paid to follow the concept you have sold them.
