Wonderful tour! Our guide spoke very good English and was very informative. Also, the staff were very friendly.

Catary_P

The guide was very knowledgeable about artwork and the area. He walked a little fast and the mics put off to much static so it was hard to hear him as he walked away from us. We decided not to go on the second half of the tour.

John_B

Florence is beautiful and the guides were very passionate about the history and the art and made the whole experience brilliant

John_M

We started 25 minutes late because of two guests, guide was hard to hear, why did you not have microphones? Not a good storyteller, would not recommend, feel like money should be refunded
