Tour guide was good(3 stars); contracting tour company was more than accommodating (5 stars). However, Viator tour information in the app was misleading and ambiguous. The tour itself was awful! Too crowded, rushed through interminable museums without the opportunity to look at and appreciate the displays. The Sistine Chapel didn't seem much, as hundreds of people were crushed into the small space. We lost our guide several times in the crowd, despite our best efforts. We bailed after that. Just too distressing to continue. While looking for the exit, we saw many more exhibits that might have been interesting to study, but we're so burnt out by then, we just headed out. I suggest taking into consideration that you will be on your feet, crowded to the point of impaired ability to move freely, and that you will not have the opportunity to appreciate any of the exhibits that interest you.

Visitar aquele museu realmente foi uma experiência sem igual, as obras, a beleza da arte e ver pessoalmente a Capela Cistina foi o máximo.
