Tour in Autobus Hop-On Hop-Off di Napoli

This tour could use some history of Naples. It also could use some more Oblivious signage. The map is hard to read and the highlights of each stop aren’t clear. There could be some explanation of must sees. The stops were in rough and non-safe areas. No one got off as there was no guidance where to go or what to see. The buses were too infrequent. The two routes were nice but I didn’t learn much from the tour. Positives Not crowded in December. Seatbelts (necessary). Nice scenery

We couldn't find the sops of the bus!!!!! Spent 2 hours looking for 1 !!!!! Should be marked where to find them during the booking and on the streets

We were not allowed on to the line which we had not seen before-sea. We were told it was too full -yet the entire bottom of the bus was empty. They said that they needed seats to pick others up. We asked if we were at another stop, then, would we be allowed on the tour. They said yes. However, with children and a time crunch we couldn’t run to another stop to get on. So we were not allowed on the bus and wasted all our money. The next bus, which was the last of the day, did not start until another tour we had already bought-underground museum. We asked for our money back but we’re refused. A total waste of money and there was space on the bus. We wrote a complaint and they refused any apology or compensation.

It has been wonderful to visit all Naples City, and also share, with its people, the way to live.... in a continous music way!! 😍😍😍

We went with the family on a cruise and decided to take the Naples City Sightseeing Bus. The organization of the waiting queues was awful (not knowing which queue corresponded to which bus) and the number of buses was not enough. As a result we waited for one hour and fifteen minutes with the children under the sun. The trip was not bad; but short and I would not recommend to take this bus.

Horrible experience. Woman who takes the tickets and give the earplugs absolutely hated her job. The timing of the talking tape was off and the fact that it wasn’t even a live person was disappointing.
