The crew was lovely, kind, knowledgeable and welcoming with the travelers. A separate note to mention that they were extremely prompt! The ship was well maintained and clean. The WC was well appreciated! They also provided guide in multiple languages. It was an amazing day because of the crew!

The boat trip and the walks around each village we docked at were most memorable. For us, who were older, the tour guide walked too fast for us to keep up, so we just viewed the villages on our own.

Excellent way to see 3 of the Cinque Terra villages, much better having a set timetable than risking the ferries which made for a stress free and enjoyable trip. I did check the weather before booking in view of some of the negative reviews. The ship and crew were great, it wasn’t full which added to the enjoyment. Saw a couple celebrating 40th anniversary and crew gave them wine and reserved seating which was a lovely touch. Instructions were clear and the commentary was significantly better and clearer than other boat trips.

Absolutely loved seeing the towns Monterosso, Vernazza, & Riomaggiore via ferry boat tour. I would have preferred to have a starting point of Monterosso, then you could include Manarola as well. It was quite the trek to take the train to La Spezia first, get a taxi & find the dock. Also unable to find a taxi back to the station after the tour. It was quite a long walk back to the station.

The tour was as described and enough room for all Stopped at the three as promised and the journey was fabulous and so was the quick commentary. Staff were lovely and helpful to those struggling to get on and off the boat. Felt safe and well worth the trips.

This cruise was supposed to go to Cinque terre but the rough seas made it difficult so they offered us a refund or we could go to Portovenerre and receive a 20% discount. We chose the latter option. We had a nice day and the guide was lovely but really it could have been much better organised. We could have visited the last stop first (so dull I don’t remember the name) and the first stop last, to leave a much better impression. The stop at Portovenerre was very beautiful and we saw where Lord Byron used to go to be inspired. Absolutely stunning scenery of nature. Also a beautiful church and little lane with small shops. Very picturesque. Lots of lovely souvenir options too, not mass produced. There was a spot to swim but they gathered us up to go over to the other side of the water where there was just 1 cafe (instead of 10-15 to choose from) and the rocks were so sharp I cut my feet trying to have a swim. The swimming was better on the other side and there were so many choices of things to look at or do or eat. Badly organised but still a lovely day.

They did not perform the planned activity fir which we paid and we did not see any village of cinque terre. Got mail day prior to our departure that only 2 stops will be maid due to rough see conditions. Monterosso and Portevenere. We will get refunded 20% because of this change. Or full refund if not joining the tour. We went on the boat and before onboarding got the question we were aware of having 2 stops iso 3. We confirmed. Big was our unpleasant surprise (and other passengers) after the Portovenere stop, we will we dropped at the island across (nothing to do) for 2,5hours to be picked up afterwards and hence no stop in Monterosso. After the island pickup went to circle around some other tiny islands and sadly nothing got to see of Cinque Terre villages. Lacking proper communication and went on when I explained the situation to their office workers. And the fact we were truly misled. Felt being scammed on the spot while being dropped at the almost deserted island . Back and forth on communication first few times and then nothing at all anymore.. Although waters were a bit rough the children had fun. It is a must to wear walking shoes, drink water and wear light clothing as there many steps. I exercise on a very regular basis and was out of breath from climbing steps. My children are between the ages of 6 through 10 and they had a very difficult time climbing steps. We had to take a train ride back to our cruise ship because they were exhausted after the first stop and we were not going to make it back in time. Train ride went very smooth.

The tour went through the 5 villages and we disembarked in 3 of them. The tour took 8 hours, the boat was very convenient and safe.
