We greatly enjoyed the tour and being able to see parts of the Tuscan countryside we otherwise wouldn’t. The Fiat 500 we drove had some minor issues and did not drive very fast. You need to know how to double clutch and reversing was a bit challenging. The winery was absolutely beautiful and the wine and snacks were delicious. I would have given the tour 5 stars, but the car issues and the fact that our tour guide didn’t say much gives them a 4.

Changed departure time from 11.30 to 9.00 which didn’t fit our schedule. Neither phone number on Facebook or webpage worked. Only response was on email and slow. Now we are short 400 dollars and now the company do not respond at all. Stay away from this con company

Booked early for this activity. Picked up on time at our accommodation in Siena at 09:30. 20 minute trip to the gathering point where we waited a while while paperwork was completed. The tour consisted of a party of 4 for us - we booked the little 500cc Fiats - and 5 others who had booked the Vespa scooter tour. Unfortunately it took a good while while the 5 were given instruction on how to ride the scooters. This took about 90 minutes so we didn’t get underway until around 11:30. At that stage we were somewhat irate and ready to call it off. Fortunately we didn’t and had an absolutely fabulous afternoon driving around the Chianti area. Our guides, Lorenzo and Francesco were first rate and made the tour so much fun. Because of their efforts everyone on the tour got along and had a great day. If you’re thinking about doing this go ahead and book but ask for Lorenzo’s your primary guide. The 5th star in the rating is for him. Recommended.

My boyfriend and I had the most incredible experience today with our tour guide Luca. Honestly, driving the tiny little fiat with the most incredible view was breathtaking and a nice break from the city. Luca was extremely informative and had a rich knowledge of Italy’s history. He was funny, kind and very accommodating. We arrived at the vineyard and received the warmest welcome. When they say light lunch, it honestly was a full meal, we had starters with the finest bread, meat and cheese with 20 year aged balsamic Vinegar and for main a well balanced tomato pasta. The wine tasting was so delicious, I mean we received about 7 different wines to taste, each wine was the perfect fit for the different meals. The guy serving us was so knowledgeable and kind. It was just the best experience. They should charge you way more. The tour is a full 6-7 hours. It’s a part of Italy that really is so beautiful and not as recognized.

Our day trip with My Tours was so much fun! I surprised my husband with this day trip - her thought it was going to be an 8hpur museum tour! He’s a car lover and was thrilled to drive a classic Fiat. We were never sure if our car would start again after each stop but that added to the adventure. Others in the group rode Vespas. Even a rainstorm and one of the cars breaking down didn’t ruin the trip. We just stopped under an overpass and the driver and passenger of the other car got a ride back. The bus ride to our starting location in Tuscany was uncomfortable as the bus was small and some seats were broken, but the rest of the trip was amazing! The drive through Tuscany was beautiful! We enjoyed the stop in a small town in the Chianti area. Our stop at Poggio Amorelli winery was terrific! We saw grapes being crushed, learned about the family winery and enjoyed a delicious lunch including wine and balsamic vinegar tasting. The others in,our group were fun and we all enjoyed chatting over lunch. The tour guides were informative and fun. Thanks Duccio, Noemi, Lorenzo, Luca and Juliano for a fantastic day!

We chose a vintage Fiat 500. Others in our group rode Vespas. Luca, Ducceu, and Lorenzo took us through magnificent countryside on a spectacularly sunny day. We stopped at Cassolina then at a vineyard for light lunch and tasting. It was a terrific fun day for all. We met good people from all over the world and enjoyed the company of the MyTour guys. As the passenger, I probably had a better view than anyone who was operating a Vespa or a 500. The views were amazing. The Fiat performed well without issue,

We followed the instructions we were given down to the smallest details. However, when we arrived at their main facilities, we sat for over an hour while they taught the other members of our tour to drive a manual transmission (she never learned and had to have another tour guide drive her) and scooters. When we pointed it out that we were now running late, they assured us they would tack on an extra hour to the end of the tour. Knowing that we had evening plans and didn't have an extra hour to add in to our schedule, we adamantly protested and explained that we could NOT go if it was going to run an hour late as we were meeting a large group of co-workers for a work-sponsored event at a castle outside of Florence. They assured us there would be no problem and we left on our tour. The tour itself was fine but was constantly overshadowed by our concern about how the return trip to Florence would go. After our lunch stop - about 2 pm - I demanded that they tell me how we were going to resolve getting us back to Florence. They hemmed and hawed and told us they could maybe get me a taxi. Thinking they were working on that, we got back into the vehicles and drove to the next stop. All along the way as we drove, I thought we were headed back to their home office or that a taxi would meet us at the next stop. When we arrived at another stop and I checked my phone only to realize that we were now FURTHER from Florence and there was pretty much no way that we could make our dinner plans, I was irate. When there was still no resolution - not even an apology or inkling of understanding from the tour guides, my husband and I literally walked down the hill to the village at the bottom. We had to ask about bus schedules and, in my desperation, I even asked my husband if we could just flag down a car headed back into Florence as that was the only possible way I might be able to make it to the dinner. He wouldn't allow me to do that, so instead we walked a mile to the nearest train station and arrived back in Florence TWO HOURS after we should have originally based on the time frame we were given. I can't tell you how devastated I was. Thankfully my company was gracious about it. However, because we purchased the voucher through Orbitz, I wasn't even able to get my $200 refunded. There are too many quality companies who value their customers and would never have done this kind of thing to use this company.

Excellent tour with Stephano and Dimitri. Thet were really great fun and with their excitement and fun you would never guess they did the tour every day. Lorenzo at the vineyard was so passionate and lovely and the "light lunch" was a fantastic three courses. Delicious!

Spend an unforgettable day driving an original and perfectly restored Fiat 500, in the Chianti region. Well, the day was, in fact, unforgettable but probably not the way intended. We started out at the Florence train station, herded into a van for an hour drive outside of the city. Our driver had Bollywood rap on the radio and turned it so we could all enjoy it.
Once we got to the start point we were informed that the Fiat drivers had to follow the Vespa drivers. Really??? Suffice to say we never got out of 2nd gear. A lot of the drive time, which totaled maybe 1 3/4 hours of the 9 hour day was spent in first gear following the scooter drivers.
After 1/2 hour of paperwork the scooter drivers needed over an hour of instruction, so we stood around outside waiting. That is until we found out there weren't enough 500s to go around, so one couple had to drive a Mini. Off we go to visit a couple of hill towns, then wait until everyone show back up to mount up on their freaking scooters and away we putted.
And lunch at a winery....much anticipated until we got to the winery. It was raining so the guides wouldn't let us drive up the hill to the winery, we had to park down below and hike up through the muddy vines to the top. Groovy. Lunch consisted of overcooked pasta with a canned tomato sauce in a plastic tub, some poor grade prosciutto, and some crummy sweets all washed down with their own insipid wines.
Not recommended for anyone who actually wants to take a drive in the Tuscan countryside.
