Everyone we met was so knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about wine making, olive oil production, the Tuscany region as well as pasta making. Simone and Jerry were absolutely delightful to meet and get to know. We had so much fun cooking with Jerry and the food was delicious! Simone was a very gracious host and even waited with us until our taxi arrived. The wines were plentiful and so smooth and delicious. Could not pick a favorite. Loved them all.

This was my favorite thing we did on our trip to Italy! We learned so much about the wine, the grounds and the castle! Then learning how to make our pasta was so fun! The chef and our guide were amazing. An all around great experience!

Absolutely incredible experience! We had so much fun. Tommaso was a great guide and so knowledgeable about the wine. The cooking class was amazing as well, and the food was incredible. We will definitely be trying to replicate the recipe at home. The venue helped me set up transportation to pick us up from our hotel and drive us home. It was $150 round trip, which was worth it in my opinion as taxis are expensive and this was so convenient. This experience was worth every penny!

Where to begin! The property is absolutely beautiful on the country side and the staff is beyond amazing, they made the tour fun and interesting! The cooking class was the best part for us. The chef was so kind, funny and helped us all feel involved. The meal we made was out of this world and we got to pair it with so many wines. It was a perfect experience that we would recommend to anyone!

Our tour guide Tomaso was so sweet and knowledgeable. We were running a few minutes late and he called to make sure we were ok and patiently waited for us to arrive to begin the tour. I loved that this tour included not only a tour of the winery but also the pasta cooking class. Most tours offer only one or the other but this gave us the opportunity to experience both, and in a stunning location with a castle and gorgeous Tuscan views of the mountains. Our chef was so friendly and patient and helped us through the entire cooking class. Even my young daughter who is only 12 had so much fun and was able to participate in the cooking class as well. We loved every minute of it and will definitely be recommending it to all of our friends who visit Florence.

Awesome experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff who were passionate about their work and beautiful food.

Absolutely amazing. The grounds were breathtaking and the guide shared an amazing history of the castle and their owners. The cellars were something out of a movie. Couldn’t believe how preserved everything was. The chef…extremely engaging and funny. He explained the process with ease and we just had a really great time. Surprisingly everything we prepared was delicious and I say surprisingly because we had some challenges when making the pasta! Not as easy as it looks! Would do it again.
