Don’t take this shuttle bus to go outlet!!!! Very bad service and very unfriendly staff! Irresponsible driver that open the storage cabin before all passengers alight the bus! This is the reason why our baggage with lock ( inside got all shopping items ) got stolen!!!! But the driver just ignore and drove the bus away!! When we make complaint to the Center ! They just ignore and said is our responsibility to take care our items(I fully understand that is our responsibility to take care our item, but the large item is not allow to bring to the bus, it had to store in bus storage cabin!!!)!please be aware!!! Is not safe to travel with this travel agency!!! Please avoid when you travel to Milan!! They don’t even bother when your item got stolen! If company can inforce some protocol for example let all passengers alight the car first before open the cabin storage it will reduce the possibility of stolen issue! I feel that Milan is not a city that suitable for family and tourists! Very pity that they have a nice historical building but unsafe environment.
It wasn't exceptional, spent more time at Eataly drinking cocktails. I have a feeling we would have had more shopping successes exploring interesting areas in Milan.
Finding the Christmas shop. Not really interested in designer shops, thought there would be other shops as well
I used Zani Viaggi bus service to go from Milan to designer outlet mall and the customer service was very bad and the staffs are rude. So the price was 22€ round trip but the driver made us pay extra 20€ each to get on the returning bus which I assume it’s for his pocket money. We argued a lot about paying 20€ more to return to Milan and he insulted us saying F*. I have never experienced this kind of service.
I would not recommend to take the bus from Milan to the outlet mall because the staffs are very rude. My experience with the bus company Zani Viaggi was really bad and the driver made us pay extra money in cash for us to get on the bus which I assumed he put it in his own pocket.
Everything was fine about this tour except for the tour operator and the bus operator giving me a hard time to board the bus to and from the outlet because they were unfamiliar with my Viator ticket. Once they saw that the ticket said operated by Zani Viaggo (the partnered tour company Viator uses) they allowed me to board the bus. You are better off doing this through Zani Viaggo rather than doing it thorough Viator in my opinion because being refused to board the bus was an inconvenient annoyance.
