She was so personable and knowledgeable and gave me so much valuable information. She welcomed questions and was relatable and fun. I was so blessed to have her as my personal guide.

We had an amazing experience with Irina visiting the Palazzo Vecchio. It was our last full day in Florence, and we had already done tours of pretty much every museum, church, palace, etc. That said, we learned more from Irina in the first 20 minutes than we did on all the other tours combined. She has tremendous knowledge of the history of not only the Palazzo, but also Florence, Italy and Europe in general. She was able to tie together many of the individual things we had already learned to create a complete picture, and end our trip on a high note. Do not hesitate if you have the opportunity to book her for a private tour!

The tour guide was great, friendly and very knowledgeable. Only thing I would say negative is this tour is expensive for what it was, compared to other tours we took. Only a little over 90 minutes.

You have to tour Palazzo Vecchio with Irina! She is the best guide and tells the stories of Florence eloquently and great enthusiasm. Even though I knew much about Florence, the Palazzo and had been here once before, she still managed to surprise me with her extensive knowledge. Everyone agreed that the visit was very much worth it.

Definitely a 5 star experience and one of the best private tours that we have taken and we travel a lot with the kids (teenagers). Irina’s style is entertaining, informative and very digestible. The 90 minutes flew by. We learnt, in addition to the usual stuff, all kinds of strange, bizarre and comical curiosities and behaviors of the Medecis, Hall of 500, Michaelangelo vs Da Vinci etc! Book her!
