Tramvia Napoli: panoramica Napoli

On our return trip from Pompeii the bus driver basically chucked us off the bus down near the docks in Naples, he accused us off falling asleep, which we were not, and missing our drop off. He did not go anywhere near where we were picked up for a drop off. We had no idea where we were, alone and actually quite scared as we then had to navigate back to our apartment with Google, with little battery, it took us an hour walking the back streets, how can they do this, you can't abandon people like that. I have contacted them on several occasions for an explanation but I have not even had the decency of a reply. Please just be cautious of using them!!

The worst bus tour ever. First of all we got on the bus and the woman who was giving the tour straight off the bat had bad manners. Grabbed the tickets out of our hands. We could not hear what she was saying because she had no microphone, because of the noise of other cars and the noise of the bus itself. She knew that there was English speaking people on the bus, but proceeded to only speak in Italian most of the time which was no help to us whatsoever. Bad attitude from the woman altogether. The roads we went on were very pretty and the view was very picturesque, but even with seatbelts on the ride overall was extremely bumpy. Once we had done and hour and a half of the tour the bus stopped and we had to change onto a different bus to take us back to the bus stop that we got on to do the tour. We don’t know why this happened, it was as very unnecessary. Overall I would not recommend this bus tour. You should try another company or walk around as you please. Waste of €18.

AVOID!!! Absolute shambolic service and very poor customer service. We bought a ticket as we got off our cruise ship and were told that the buses run regularly. We got off at stop 7 for the Spanish Quarter and were told the next bus would come in 40 minutes. We waited 2 hours at the stop but no bus arrived. We caught a taxi back to the starting point to speak to the agents who were very unhelpful. They said buses were delayed due to the marathon (which had finished hours before) but this was not the case as the double decker City Sightseeing buses were running regularly. We gave them our ticket stubs and receipt and asked for a refund which they refused unless we provided the other half of the ticket which had been retained by the original bus guide!! This company take your money but do not provide the service or look after their customers. Use the City Sightseeing buses and avoid this company

What a scam. This certainly not a hop on hop off bus because if you do get off then you'll wait hours for the next bus to appear. In the end we had to walk back to our cruise ship. When we complained the staff were rude used every excuse they could think off to justify such a shocking service. Do not use..go on the City Sightseeing bus instead

Ci siamo divertiti molto con la guida Rossella e autista Mario. Abbiamo vostro visto tutta la città e assaparoto la vera cultura napoletana. È stato molto divertente e ci tornerei di sicuro! Lo consiglio a tutti!
