A complete scam. We were going to some of the bus companies asking them when their bus leaves, and we skipped some that said in 20 mins. There was one that said 9 mins. We chose this company. We went there, waited in queue for 9 mins and they said next bus. I asked them when the other bus leaves and they said 5 mins. It left after 20 mins. The issue was that the same company sells tickets outside as well so when they get full, they don’t care and they are completely unorganized. I strongly do not recommend them, or just don’t buy inside the airport, go outside and ask everyone from the platforms when they leave and buy it outside the bus.

Sunday morning October 16th 2022 in front of Milano Centra Station the ticket boy on the bus with 648 registration number was acting like a piece of garbage! Shame on you low class crappy company!

I had booked a ticket two weeks before my arrival in Bergamo, and had arrived 25 minutes before the announced departure of the shuttle, at the indicated gate. The bus arrived at another gate. Besides, the company was making extra money by selling tickets on the spot, thus I could not get onboard because the bus was already full when it was my turn to get in. My multiple requests to get onboard were all denied (even though I had a valid reservation already paid for !). I was told to wait outside with 35C and take the next shuttle... 1 hour later ! The bus left with people packed in it, and with a 15-min delay. I ended up buying another ticket to a similar company in order to finally reach Milan. Add to this the fact that the staff is rude, hardly able to communicate, and some of them only accept cash (??). My advice : find another means of transport.

I had a very bad experience with this company, I did purchase a one way ticket from their official website but they have charged me double the price and I tried to claim the my money but they ignored all my emails. Very unprofessional service, the least to say.
