fantastic experience! in the morning we met two hunters who accompanied us, with the dogs, to a field where we hunted truffles. after almost an hour, we were able to taste many truffle products, such as sauces or cheeses. the products were delicious and also the location.
Da qualche giorno ho fatto questa esperienza con mio marito tra i boschi e le campagne umbre. Siamo stati guidati da un esperto e dai suoi 2 cani nella caccia al tartufo che fino ad ora avevo solo assaggiato in rare occasioni. I cagnolini dolcissimi e teneri hanno trovato ben 8 tartufi. Alla fine dell' esperienza ci hanno preparato un delizioso buffet a base di tartufo con marmellate, salumi al tartufo, bruschette al tartufo, salse.. Il tutto annaffiato con ottimo vino locale. Consiglio questa esperienza anche perché è stata una vera e propria scuola. Non vi erano altre persone se non io e mio marito.
