I'm in love with my city and I enjoy sharing experiences and laughing around the table, very italian, isnt' it?!
In your plates you'll find my passion for colorful food, healthy and natural ingredients. All surrounded by design and vintage pieces from all over the world. In the glasses, italian wines (according the menu).
Since I am coeliac, if you need a full gluten-free meal I am totally comfortable with that and I can provide it with no problem at all, in full safety.

I'm not new to Evendo. I started in 2015 hosting people at my place while I was living in Milano. Now I moved to Como, but my passion for food, cooking and meeting new people didn't change! You will taste typical and traditional Italian dishes, specially my family signature dishes. The atmosphere at my place is relaxed, joyful and full of colors (due to my passion for design, ceramics and flowers). After lunch, we can go and have a walk together by the lake to keep on talking and share tips about the city and surrounding areas to visit. About the menu: I cook just seasonal and fresh food coming from the local market. If you have some allergies or intolerances, I'll be more then happy to design a special menu for you and your needs. Savor local food and enjoy intimate supper clubs, hands-on cooking classes and bespoke private dining events in beautiful homes and exclusive venues with your loved ones. Fantastic. Valentina is an experienced, kind and knowledgeable host. She went out of her way to create a wonderful experience for us.
Valentina was a good host but be aware that her apartment (not a cooking school or farmhouse as advertised) is where the dinner is held, and her apt is not on the lake but 15 mins away. We were staying in a hotel on the lake, and taxis were hard to get. We ended up throwing ourselves on the mercy of a local bus driver, and had to walk back! Not her fault - and she was helpful trying to get us there - but still, not on the lake or in an urban farmhouse and definitely not cooked in a separate kitchen as advertised. Nor did she have a professional chef (Mariangela) with her, again, as advertised. She is, I could tell, wanting to be a professional chef herself and her dishes were reflective of that aesthetic. Was it what I would call a typical Italian dinner? No. I had two Italian Eat With experiences prior to this evening and the food and wine were much more plentiful and Italy-oriented than what Valentina offered. It was obvious she is young and still has a lot to learn about hosting and feeding a group, and she tried very hard to make the dinner good, and she did serve local cheeses. She herself, and her companion, were very pleasant and friendly. I hate to say anything not good about the experience but I depend on reviews, so I feel I have to be truthful with my reviews. To me it was not the described experience I had purchased, nor unfortunately, was it worth the price I paid.
