I booked Rome trip, business class, i paid Euro 408, when i went to fetch tickets, what is on the description when you pay is not highlighted on the tickets, the tickets are total of Euro 238, what happen to the rest of the money i paid. Be careful when you book, i feel cheated and robbed. I send an email, i didn't receive any feedback.

It was a great experience traveling alone in Rome, its very easy to find the Bus for tour. Rome is a very busy city with a lot of people but having a tour its more easy just for the hop on hop off tour. You can see everything just in 1 hour

I had a very hard time finding the train at Milan Central Station. When I finally found it, they wouldn't let me on the train. They closed the door on my face and departed without me. I lost $225 because the train usher refused to let me on the train. I wasted my time and my money as I had to return to my hotel. However, they did let my friend on the train, so she went to Rome alone, which was not how we planned it, and I had to go back to my hotel. Wasted time and money.

By train and sightseeing bus in Roma. Basically almost no need a guide and really no guide ;) I am bad luck and have heavy raining in the midway making me to give up the Vatican part as for transportation consideration Will try again 😋😚 P.S. Meal is personal and the train can revise the departure time as long as it is not pass the ticket contracted time 😇 P.P.S. Normal train took over 4 hours to Roma and have different stops for different trains so be careful during your trip 😉

Overpriced! No tour guide... it’s cheaper to do it on your own! Tour does not include St Peter’s Basilica nor a tour guide for the Vatican museums. Also not enough time to stop at all the City Bus tourist sites.

Love this tour so much though I wish I could spend more time in Rome.

I was under the impression that we would have a guide and we did not. Finding the appropriate train was difficult and anxiety provoking. I wished we had known that there would be no support person to guide us.

This was the worst tour ever on Viator. Don't Book. As an English only speaker you are left to chance to find your way to the train and back and the tour bus would not honor our printed tickets once in Rome.
