Emmanuela was very agreeable and met us in a new location. Although she is fluent in English, her accent made it difficult to understand so I only understood about 2/3 of she said. Her tour seemed very automatic as it was the same speech she has given multiple times in the past with no variation. The focaccia sandwich and gelato were a wonderful surprise and treat. Overall she was an average tour guide.

The tour guide (Lorenzo) is excellent and showed us around in every detail. The agent has confused me with misleading messages. But it worked out in the end.

Our walking tour of Alberobello with Lorenzo was amazing! I have wanted to visit this area of Italy for several years and it turned out to be even better than expected. Lorenzo’s knowledge of the area and the beautiful trulli was excellent and he was very friendly.

We couldn't have had a better guide for our first trip to Alborello Gueto met us even though we arrived a little late. He immediately introduced himself in such a warm and cordial way that immediately put us at ease. His knowledge of the history and anecdotal comments painted a fascinating story of the area, its history, and the character of the modern day community. At the conclusion of tour we were truly left wanting to see more and to hopefully visit again some day. Gracie Gueto

We did not participate in a Guided tour, rather walked through ourselves and stepped into all the open Trulli homes and read the signs. There are lots of souvenir shops and eating/drinking places. It is easy to see the town in a few hours, but well worth walking through town in the evening at dark. It is a fairy-like setting and beautiful with all the lighting through town. I highly recommend walking all through the village, up and down the alleys. Lots of different home decorations for those that live there. If you can, spend the night in a Trullo.
