The early morning tour was cancelled by the tour operator telling me there were not enough people signed up for the tour. They rescheduled me for a later tour on a different day. The place to meet was confusing as well. The tour guide was good however and the museums are amazing.

We purchased Viator's Vatican Museums Early Bird w Breakfast tour at a cost of $205.50 for 2 tickets. Arriving at the designated spot on our tickets (40 minutes early) we were told to have a seat and wait for our tour guide. Tour guide came approximately at 8:00 a.m. and our group proceeded to the Vatican and through security. Wondering when our breakfast would begin we asked the guide who informed us our tour included no breakfast. Showing him our tickets he said he was sorry but no breakfast. We decided to proceed with the tour and deal with the issue once home. Two days after the tour we arrived home and contacted Viator Customer which we informed was in Manila. After 3 frustrating phone calls we were told they would put in a discrepancy claim and get back to us. We were also told that the tour we purchased was no longer available on Viator. Mind you we purchased our tickets in March 2019 our tour was October 31, 2019. Tickets, as well as reminder emails up to the day oftour still stated "breakfast " on them. As of today, 3 days after our tour we have received 3 emails from 3 different people all stating "too bad your request has been denied. Our request for or the reimbursement of the breakfast which they no longer offer. I would not suggest using this company as there is no human to address concerns within the United States over the phone. Very disappointed!

Vatican Museums is always the center of attraction in Rome. I've been planning to visit Vatican Museum as soon as I am in Rome. I've finally made it and all of us enjoyed the whole time we were inside the museums. We got amazing support from the tour operator. They picked up from the nearest location and served us a delicious breakfast. Our guide was super friendly who know a lot about the museums and he shared engaging information we couldn't miss a sentence. Though we arrived the museum early in the morning and there was a long queue. Surprisingly we were able to skip the queue using skip the line ticket. Don't miss this opportunity to visit Vatican if you are in Rome and I highly recommend this tour operator to plan you next tour with. An unforgettable experience added in my travel diary :-)

The tour operator advised that the tour was cancelled and he would find us something else. We were never told what the something else was and I cancelled the tour via text message as that was the method of his communication with me while in Rome. I have not gotten notice of a refund of the charges for this tour and am displeased with this whole thing.

This was a total disaster. The tour company notified us last minute that they changed our tour time from 8am to 9:45am. Without the early start, the Vatican is PACKED with people. You literally shuffle through crowds and cannot take in all the art (you can barely see most of it through the crowds). We also paid for breakfast IN the Vatican, which they then lied about multiple times and tried to convince us that this was never the plan. They contradicted themselves over and over, and were very manipulative. We paid almost $100 for a tour that they offer for half that price. Now Viator isn’t working with us to ensure even a partial refund. I’ll never use Viator again. They modified or cancelled all 3 of our tours.
