You will receive the meeting point in the afternoon before your flight, or you can request a pick-up service, we will take you to the hotel, make sure you reserve it, this is not included. The Meeting poin is very close, about 20 minute from Florence, nea San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the heart of the Chiati Valley. After being greeted by your captain and crews, you will receive a safety briefing before taking off. If you wish, you can help with aeration of the balloon before getting into the basket for your flight. The flight will last circ an hour, you will then be able to savor the excitement while you get up and stand gently up and over the Tuscan countryside. You will sail at a height varying from 500 feet to 3000 feet, depending on the wind of that day. All this will allow you to admire the breathtaking landscape of Tuscany. You'll see gentle hills dotted with pretty Italian villages, cypress trees, dominant castles and abundant vineyards, olive groves and orchards. You will see all that nature will want to show you. It will be a real adventure. Upon landing, we will toast this experience with a glass of sparkling wine! You will then be taken back to the launch site, or if you have reserved the pick-up service, you will enjoy a comfortable transfer to the hotel. You can reserve the transfer service even the day before if you have not yet decided.

There was zero communications from the local tour operator regarding pickup and location of the tour starting point, and we never went on the tour due to the complete lack of communication!! Balloon Team Italia is not a responsible and good tour operator!

The experience itself is amazing. It's a 100% enjoyment and 'pampering' by the staff. The courasoints we got there are by far the best we ate in our trip. That being said, there is a little thing that must be treated a bit differently: People must be kept in touch regarding pick-up more frequently. They mention that info will be sent after 18:00, and I found myself waiting almost till 20:00, quite anxious and believing someone had forgotten me. I would prefer to get a tiny message to calm me down, something like "don't worry, we are here, we will contact you in the next 20 minutes."

Three of us went with about a dozen others on this incredible journey in Chianti! The Aeronaut/pilot was very knowledgeable and friendly and fun to be with. He explained everything as we went along, which was wonderful to know. The experience was so amazing. Very quiet and comfortable. We had a champagne breakfast afterward. So much fun. This is a MUST DO in Tuscany! The views are enchanting!

Balloon Team Tuscany was wonderful on our hot air balloon ride! We were a group of 7 people and did a shared ride. Out younger kids had many questions about how the balloon works and functions - the team was very knowledgeable and addressed all of their questions. The actual ride was gorgeous and smooth over lovely tuscan region. The landing was a bit bumpy but was expected...the ride took about 30 minutes which was followed by breakfast of fresh cheeses, meats and breads from local farms along with a champagne toast. They provided juices for the kids! The price is a bit much, but it was worth the ride. Highly recommend this company and doing this if you are ever in this area!

I booked a group 13 friends July 7, 2022. We had an incredible time. The management team was always very responsive to my emails. They were friendly and made us all feel very comfortable and safe. The entire experience was beyond what any of us anticipated. What a great day with a yummy breakfast and champagne toast at the end!!!
