The tour guide was not where we were supposed to meet. The Vatican requires paper tickets to enter and the mobile confirmation was not accepted. We paid for tickets and the tour yet ended up having to buy tickets at the ticket counter to enter the Vatican. The tickets are less and you’re better off going on your own.
