Start your virtual wine cocktail making with a virtual tour inside the Quattrocieli winery, and hear a talk about their history and passion for wine,
Once you are fully engrossed in into Sicilian wine culture you'll be shown how to prepare the cocktails.
Three cocktails will be prepared for you from rose, white and red wine, the wines include:
Syrah Rose
Organic Catarratto Jocu
IGT Rosso Jocu
Wine is not provided, but feel free to look for either Sicilian or Italian wine in your local store; or feel free to just sit back and enjoy the lesson - the choice is yours!
A video conferencing link will be provided by your host, or you can invite them into your own session - again the choice is yours.
