Live a unique sensory experience in the beautiful setting of Lipari, in a space where a palmento once stood, amid unspoiled landscapes and the enchanting backdrop of the sea of the Aeolian Islands. The estate, the largest bioenergetic winery in the Aeolian Islands, rises 350 meters above sea level. Here you'll admire the magnificent panorama that will leave you with unforgettable memories.

Upon your arrival, the staff will tell you the history of the wine cellar, and you will discover the secrets that make these delicious wines, whose taste is made unique and inimitable also thanks to the volcanic nature of this area. Afterward, the tour will continue with a guided tour of the cellar where you will be explained the processes of harvesting, raisining and vinification, and then continue to the barriques, places where the wines rest to reach perfection.

At the end of the tour there will be a tasting consisting of 3 glasses of the estate's excellent wine, which will be expertly paired with 3 gastronomic proposals, also absolutely native. To finish, you'll enjoy 1 glass of Malvasia delle Lipari DOC and artisanal biscuits.
