This was the best experience we had! Ilaria was so welcoming and friendly, and even though we speak a little bit of italian, she helped us with a lot of tips and with an amazing overview of the winery and wines. It was such a fun and interesting evening that will be forever with us! 100% recomend.

Great wine tasting experience in Chianti. Guido and his team were great host and we enjoyed visiting the estate and learning about wine production with low environmental impact. My favorite wine was the Syrah (Tespero). Highly recommended!

Tasting at Carus Vini was a great experience and a wonderful insight into not just the wine, but the people of Chianti Classico. Guido, Pamela and Elizabetta were great hosts and it was a pleasure to spend an afternoon in their beautiful estate. Last, but not least, their Chanti Classico was the best we tasted (in my opinion of course) out of the 4 tastings we did in the area. Grazie Carus Vini!

I went here with my family at the end of May, very nice weather outside. Guido gave us some nice information on how wine was made and how it grows. The wine tasting came with some cheeses and salami which was very good. We got to try 3 different types of wine. It was a very nice experience, only one small thing was that the portion of wine you get isn’t so much, but I assume that’s just how wine tasting is.. overall it was a nice and fun thing to do on a sunny warm afternoon. ( I put who I was with as “family(teens)” since there is none for “family(adults) )

Kennelijk was er iets fout gegaan met het boeken van onze wijnproeverij en had deze afgezegd moeten worden, omdat de dame die dit normaal doet in het buitenland was. Maar omdat we er toch waren en al betaald hadden zei de wijnmaker Giovanni, dan doe ik het wel. Wat een aardige man, hij liet ons verschillende wijnen proeven, waarbij de Tespero echt de lekkerste was. Wij hadden een fantastische ervaring.

Riscoprire gusti e sapori di un territorio. Difficile dimenticarsi di questa estate; dopo le peripezie degli ultimi 24 mesi, il tour nelle valli toscane è stato un lieto tornare alla normalità, con una nuova consapevolezza. Un tour culminato con la visita in questa meravigliosa Cantina nel cuore del Chianti, dove abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere accolti da Guido, il fondatore dell'azienda, e Giovanni, il simpaticissimo cantiniere della CarusVini. Il percorso degustativo è stato arricchito da storie e leggende del territorio, raccontate dal padrone di casa, instancabile oratore e dai modi d'altri tempi. I vini sono fantastici, ma una nota di merito per il Chianti Gaudio e il Merlot Agapitos. Spettacolari. Siamo sicuri sarà un arrivederci.
