Had a great experience with Rocco and Carla! You are literally sitting at their kitchen table, greeted with home made wine and apertivi, and learn to make pasta and tiramisu from scratch. Would definitely recommend!
Had the absolute best time with Carla, Rocco (and special guest appearance from their son)! The cooking class was so fun, wholesome, and just an overall great experience on our honeymoon. Wish we had gone earlier into our trip because they also had great local recommendations for where to eat & visit. Thank you!
Everything about this cooking class was 10/10. Rocco and his wife Carla were incredible teachers and some of the kindest people we have ever met. They had so many great stories about their generational family’s life on the Amalfi coast. All of their ingredients are from their garden or farm which as you can imagine translates into the taste and flavor of your meal. They also send you a multi page cook book after the class with tons of authentic Italian recipes.
We had a blast at this cooking class. Genuine is a perfect description of it. First, Rocco & Carla were great people. They brought a small group of us into their home and we learned all about making pasta in their kichen. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this class.
My wife and I participated in this experience on our honeymoon and it was truly one of the the highlights of our trip. Being invited into the home of someone who lives in the area was a truly unique experience and Rocco and Carla were incredibly kind and made the experience so memorable. The food that we prepared was also delicious and simple enough to recreate when we got back home. I cannot recommend this experience enough if you are going to be in Praiano.
We loved the experience with Carla and Rocco. It was truly authentic and we learned wonderful Italian recipes that we will forever be making. We’ve been making eggplant Parmesan wrong our entire lives!!! We will forever remember this experience as such a fond memory from our trip.
