Cantina Quattrocieli

Bellissima e imperdibile esperienza. Siamo stati qui di domenica mattina prenotando un’ora prima e trovando massima disponibilità da parte del proprietario. L’esperienza è stata veramente formativa per noi che non conoscevamo nulla di questo mondo, il ragazzo nonché proprietario è stato disponibile ed esaustivo in ogni dettaglio dal più tecnico al più banale. I prodotti dati durante la degustazione e i vini sono veramente deliziosi, bio e imperdibili. Si esce da queste splendide cantine con un grande bagaglio di informazioni, con i palati estasiati e con una bottiglia di vino che non guasta mai se di questa bontà 😜

La sommelier Valentina vi accoglie mescolando con sapienza le doti della padrona di casa, dell'insegnante e del profumiere. Ed il vino non tradisce le attese. Eccellente!

We had only a short time to fill before our flight out of Palermo, and on short notice, Giuseppe accomodated us with a tasting of his well-made wines. The use of aromatic oils during the tasting to identify notes in the wine was especially helpful and I wonder why more wineries don't use them. The visit was also a great introduction to Catarratto, a varietal we knew little about, but is now among our favorites. The view from the winery is also outstanding. Only wish we'd planned more time for one of the more involved experiences!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful vineyard. We tasted three different wines and wonderful Valentina told us about the history of the vineyard and explained how the wines are made. We also had a lovely picnic with good food and wine, overlooking a beautiful view of the vineyard and mountain. A perfect way to spend my birthday!

Esperienza davvero immersiva,adatta sia a chi è totalmente inesperto(come me)che a chi ha già un pó di esperienza(la mia compagna).Una cantina”a misura d’uomo”in cui abbiamo apprezzato sia i vini che gli ottimi salumi,formaggi e bruschette.Ne siamo usciti arricchiti sia nella mente che nello spirito..e anche nello stomaco.Consigliatissima!

My daughter bought me and my husband this experience for a surprise for us when visiting Sicily. No know much about wine we wanted to learn ,but this is not what we got. No body there on arrival to meet us had to call someone from a door ,then this lady came out said take a seat at this table that was laid out with 2wine glasses and 2 water glass,we was waiting for a while then this car drove up and a guy got out looked like he had just got out of bed and looked very dirty needed a good wash ,and started talking about his company but we could not understand a word he said ,he looked and sounded very interested no enthusiasm at all ,he kept going off in another room for ages leaving us quite a lot of the time,the whole experience was very weird and felt very uncomfortable. Then another couple pulled up in car for there experience he just left what he was doing with us and went to the doors to take a look at them and was so interested in what they was doing all the time forgetting we were there . We tasted 3 wines and they were all the worst wines we have tasted could not wait till it had ended and I think he felt the same way as I think we was an inconvenience to him. It felt like we was at school in a school desk . I would not recommend anyone to go here , certainly not what we was expecting of a winery. Don't waste your money. We bought a bottle of rose said on the shelf 3words SIMPLy THE BEST.so I bought this as we only tasted 2 white and 1 red both awful so I thought this has got to be better ,we opened it when we got home it was worse than the other 3 and corked. Please go somewhere else surely got to be better ones than this felt very unprofessional.
