Gentili Transfer NCC

Gentili Transfer provided an excellent service on our first trip to Italy. We were picked up on time from Verona Airport and taken to Lake Garda. On our return trip, Carlo arrived at the hotel on time to take us back to the airport. Throughout the whole process, it was very easy and convenient to email or text Gentili Transfer and the response was always very quick, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Gentili Transfer and will certainly use them again on our next trip to Italy.

I used Carlo Gentilli for two transfers in December 2021. First from Bolzano to Verona and second from Verona to Gerenzano, a town north of Milan. On both occasions I was very pleased. Carlo was friendly and helpful. He was on time, the car was pristine and I felt entirely secure in his driving. His pricing was excellent and very fair. I hope to use Gentilli Transfer and Carlo again for future travel. It was an excellent experience.

Abbiamo fatto un transfer con Carlo da Val Gardena a Verona, e dopo un’altro da Verona all’aeroporto a Venezia. Tutto è stato eccezionale. Carlo è molto comunicativo, puntuale e professionale. 10/10!! Could not recommend Carlo and his company more. He was extremely professional and punctual picking us up and getting us to our destination. He also gave us some great tips on what to see in Verona. Highly recommend!!

Carlo was professional, on time, outstanding communications prior to pick up. Safe driver, very accommodating. He asked if we wanted a comfort break and stopped at a clean and safe area. Taking a private transfer was less expensive than a train and much more COVID safe. Door to door service, No dragging luggage around a train terminal nor searching for the right train.

Carlo was waiting for us on arrival to Verona airport, where he promptly brought us to his Mercedes V Class, which was well air conditioned and provided us with complimentary water. Carlo’s services stood out on our return journey where he agreed to collect us at an early time than originally scheduled. While on this journey one member of the party got car sick multiple times, Carlo was extremely helpful and understanding. Would thoroughly recommend Gentili’s services to anyone arriving in to Verona and heading on to Lake Garda. Will use their services again when back in the area.

Easy to find Carlo and he doesn’t charge if your flight is late. Took the worry out of meeting him. He was also very helpful at our destination with luggage etc
