Gozzo Christian & Lucy - Capitan Giovanni & Christian

Pros: 1) We enjoyed the day on the water. 2) It was nice to have only 8 on the boat. 3) Fresh fruit and water were provided. 4) The first two swimming spots were located in a pretty cove with fishes to watch. Cons: 1) The tour was advertised as having an English speaking guide. The guide didn't speak a word of English and didn't even attempt to try to include us. Another customer was kind enough to interpret some of the time. This was disappointing. 2) Getting in the boat was difficult. 3) The last two swimming spots were in not very pretty locations with nothing to see in the water. Overall, I enjoyed the day but didn't think it was worth the money. I would not do it again. There are several vendors selling tours on Lipari. You could probably find a less expensive tour.

Realizamos una estupenda excursión privada para un grupo de 10 personas por la costa de Lipari y de Vulcano. Christian buen conocedor de la zona nos llevó a varios rincones estupendos para bañarnos desde el barco. El trato de Christian fue muy amable. Para organizar la excursión contactamos inicialmente por email y posteriormente por whasupp con Monika que nos informo muy eficientemente. Les solicitamos que nos encargarán la comida y nos sirvieron fruta, bebidas pizza y arancini muy buenos. El barco era más grande de lo que nos parecía en la foto y era cómodo para las 10 personas. Todos disfrutamos de esta magnífica experiencia. Altamente recomendable.

We had a great day with the captain and his young assistant Lucy. Had good swims, stopped for a relaxed lunch then swam some more. We even had a Prosecco on board in between swims

Esperienza unica, visitare vulcano su un gozzo di legno.. meraviglioso! Il capitano è simpaticissimo, ti racconta tutti gli aneddoti dell’isola e ti porta a visitare posti mozzafiato! Grazie di cuore a capitan Giovanni per la splendida giornata che ci ha regalato. Abbiamo girato l'isola di Vulcano a bordo del Gozzo Lucy dove eravamo in 10 e avevamo a disposizione acqua, frutta fresca e mascherine per lo snorkeling. Abbiamo fatto tantissimi bagni in acque cristalline e dentro grotte, guidati da lui, dove abbiamo vissuto esperienze emozionati assistendo ai giochi di luce dell'acqua... non credo che tutti ti riescano a offrire una cosa simile a Lipari! Bellissimo anche la sosta pranzo a Gelso dove abbiamo mangiato una pizza tutti insieme, in un perfetto clima di armonia e in amicizia. Grazie davvero per questa giornata indimenticabile

Great experience; the tour started from Lipari marina, went along the southern coast of Lipari, and then a full round around the coast of Vulcano Island. We have visited several natural beaches that are only accessable by boat. The captain, Giovanni & our guide Francesca did a great job keeping us entertained and informed us about everything. They gave us diving masks to see the beatiful nature under the sea (the water is so clear, you can easily see the fishes & everything underwater). The captain show us some hidden caves, where no othet ships stopped & guided us into the undarwater caves - truly a unique experience. The boat is really beautiful, old-school wooden boat, there were fruits, water and prosecco. Stopped for a lunch on a unique black sanded beach that is only accassable by boat. Our guides looked out for us, checked on us regularly. Giovanni knows a lot about the islands, and Francesca translated everything for us. The small group (6 guests & the children of the guides) was perfect, had a great time with them. The price is reasonable, really worth it. The best experience on the Eolian Islands, truly recommended!
