From the center of Berat, such as the main square (Sheshi Iljaz Vrioni), the Church of St. Spiridon is located in the Gorica district across the Osum River. Cross the Gorica Bridge, an Ottoman-era bridge known for its historic architecture. Once across the bridge, follow Rruga Nikolla Buhuri. The church will be on your right. The walk is generally easy and takes about 10-15 minutes.

From the Berat Bus Terminal, take a local city bus towards the city center. Get off near the Gorica Bridge. Cross the bridge and follow Rruga Nikolla Buhuri to reach the church. A single bus fare within the city costs approximately 30-40 Lek. Buses run frequently, approximately every 20 minutes.
