Driving

From Flagstaff, take US-89 North for approximately 25 miles. The Wupatki Spirit Totem is located on the east side of the highway, just south of milepost 444 and about 1.5 miles south of the entrance to Wupatki National Monument. Look for a small dirt pullout on the side of the road where you can safely park. Be cautious when pulling onto and off of the highway. There are no fees associated with visiting the site.
Public Transportation

While there is no direct public transportation to the Wupatki Spirit Totem, you can take the Mountain Line Bus (Route 10) from Flagstaff towards the Flagstaff Downtown Transfer Center. From there, transfer to the Route 66 bus heading towards Page. This route will take you close to US-89, but you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to reach the Wupatki Spirit Totem from the nearest bus drop-off point on US-89. Bus fare is approximately $2 per ride. Please note that this option involves a significant walk along a highway and may not be suitable for all visitors.
