Getting There

• Public Bus

  If you are staying in downtown Scottsdale, head to the nearest bus stop on Scottsdale Road. Board the Valley Metro Bus Route 50 heading north. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at E Camelback Rd & N 64th St. From there, transfer to Bus Route 81 heading east. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at E Sierra Vista Dr. Walk east for about 5 minutes until you reach 6511 E Sierra Vista Dr, where the Quartz Ridge Trailhead is located.

• Bicycle Rental

  For a scenic route, consider renting a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in downtown Scottsdale. Start your ride heading east on E Indian School Rd. Continue for about 2 miles until you reach N 64th St. Turn left on N 64th St and ride north until you reach E Camelback Rd. Turn right and continue east for about half a mile. Turn left onto E Sierra Vista Dr, and after a short ride, you will arrive at 6511 E Sierra Vista Dr, the Quartz Ridge Trailhead.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk, start from the Scottsdale Waterfront area. Head east on E Camelback Rd. Walk for about 2.5 miles until you reach N 64th St. Turn left and walk north for about 0.5 miles. Then, turn right onto E Sierra Vista Dr. Continue walking for a few blocks, and you will find Quartz Ridge Trailhead at 6511 E Sierra Vista Dr. This is a beautiful walk that will take you through some local neighborhoods.

• Ride-Sharing Service

  For a more direct route, use a ride-sharing service like Uber or Lyft. Simply enter '6511 E Sierra Vista Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85018' as your destination. The driver will navigate you from your current location in Scottsdale to the Quartz Ridge Trailhead. The ride typically takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
