From Tonto National Forest, head south on AZ-87 S. Continue for about 35 miles until you reach the intersection with US-60 W. Take the exit towards US-60 W and merge onto the highway. Follow US-60 W for approximately 15 miles, then take the exit toward Mesa. Continue on the local roads, following signs for Downtown Mesa. Once you reach Mesa, turn onto N Macdonald Rd. The Arizona Museum of Natural History will be on your left at 53 N Macdonald, Mesa, AZ 85201.
