Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Bendigo, head southeast on the Calder Highway (A79) towards Melbourne. Continue on A79 until you reach the junction with the M79 freeway. Merge onto M79 towards Melbourne. Keep following the M79, which will eventually lead you onto the Eastern Freeway (M3). Continue on M3 until you reach the city, then take the exit for Alexandra Parade. Follow Alexandra Parade, which becomes St Kilda Road, and look for the Australian Music Vault at 100 St Kilda Rd, Southbank VIC 3004 on your right.

    From Bendigo, take a V/Line train to Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. Once you arrive at Southern Cross Station, transfer to the tram service. Catch Tram 96 or 109 towards St Kilda, and disembark at the stop near the corner of St Kilda Rd and Kings Way. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the Australian Music Vault. Head down St Kilda Rd and you will find the venue at 100 St Kilda Rd, Southbank VIC 3004.

    If you're coming from Shepparton, take the Goulburn Valley Highway (A39) towards Melbourne. As you approach Melbourne, continue on the highway until you reach the junction with M31. Merge onto M31 and then take the exit for the Western Ring Road (M80). Follow the signs for the M3 Eastern Freeway which will take you into the city. Once in the city, take the exit for Alexandra Parade, then follow it until it becomes St Kilda Road. The Australian Music Vault is located at 100 St Kilda Rd, Southbank VIC 3004.
