    If you're driving to the Chinese Garden of Friendship, start by heading towards Darling Harbour. From the Sydney CBD, take the Western Distributor (M1) and exit onto the Pyrmont Bridge Road. Follow the signs for Darling Harbour. Once you reach the intersection of Harbour Street and Pier Street, turn left onto Pier Street. The entrance to the Chinese Garden of Friendship is located at the corner of Pier Street and Harbour Street. There is parking available nearby at the Darling Harbour parking stations.

    To reach the Chinese Garden of Friendship using public transportation, take a train to Town Hall Station. From Town Hall, exit the station and walk towards George Street. Catch a light rail service from the nearest stop, which is the Town Hall light rail stop, heading towards Dulwich Hill. Alight at the Pyrmont Bay stop. Walk towards the water and follow the path along the harbour until you reach the intersection of Harbour Street and Pier Street. The entrance to the garden will be on your left at that corner.
