Merge onto the M4 and continue until you reach the city center. Follow signs for the CBD and then take the exit for the Western Distributor. Continue on the Western Distributor and follow the signs to the State Library of New South Wales at 1 Shakespeare Pl, Sydney. There is parking available nearby.
