Walking
Start at the Knokke-Heist train station. Exit the station and head east on the Albertplein street. Continue straight until you reach the Zeedijk (the seaside promenade). Turn left onto Zeedijk and follow it northwards along the coast. Enjoy the beautiful views as you walk. After approximately 3 km, you will reach the area of Het Zoute. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the N49 road. Cross the road carefully and continue walking towards the 'Oosterscheldekering' signs. Follow the signs for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the entrance of the Oosterscheldekering viewpoint.

Bicycle
Begin at the Knokke-Heist town center. Rent a bicycle from a local bike rental shop. Head towards Zeedijk and cycle north along the coast. Continue cycling for about 3 km until you reach Het Zoute. At the intersection with the N49 road, safely cross the road and follow the signs pointing towards the Oosterscheldekering. Cycle for an additional 1.5 km to reach the Uitkijkpunt Oosterscheldekering.

From the Knokke-Heist train station, take the train to the nearest major station, which is either in Bruges or Knokke. From there, transfer to a regional bus that heads towards Vrouwenpolder.
