From Jericoacoara, head east on Rua Principal towards the main square. Continue straight until reaching the main road (CE-085). Turn left onto CE-085 and follow the signs for Jijoca de Jericoacoara. After about 15 km, turn right onto a dirt road that leads to Lagoa do Amâncio. You will need to drive for approximately 5 km on this road until you reach the lagoon. Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is recommended as the road can be rough. There is no entrance fee for Lagoa do Amâncio.

From the main square in Jericoacoara, look for local transport options such as shared vans or 'jardineiras' (open-air buses) that head towards Jijoca de Jericoacoara. The fare is usually around R$ 15-20 per person. Once you arrive at Jijoca, you may need to negotiate with a local taxi or hire a motorcycle taxi to take you the final 5 km to Lagoa do Amâncio. Expect to pay around R$ 30-50 for this ride.
