Cross the street and look for the bus stop. Take the SLO Transit Bus #10 towards San Luis Obispo. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes. The bus will drop you off near the San Luis Obispo downtown area. Once you get off, walk east on Chorro Street until you reach Palm Street, then turn left. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you will see Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa on your right at 751 Palm St.
