At the Terminal de Transporte de Pereira, you can also find shared taxis (colectivas) that head directly to Filandia. These taxis leave once they are full, so there may be a short wait. The fare is usually slightly higher than the bus, but the travel time is similar, around 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Filandia, ask the driver to drop you off near the main square (Plaza Principal), which is close to many attractions.
