Driving
Fort Garland Museum & Cultural Center is located near the intersection of U.S. Highways 160 and 159 in Fort Garland. From Alamosa, take US Highway 160 East for approximately 24 miles. From San Luis, take CO-159 North for about 16 miles. The museum will be on your right. Parking is available in the on-site parking lot. There are also two Dual-Port accessible charging stations for electric vehicles.
