If you are driving, start on the main road from Manuel Antonio towards Quepos. Follow Route 618 for about 5 kilometers until you reach Quepos. Once in Quepos, look for signs directing you to the Damas Island area. You will take a right on the road towards Damas Island (Calle Damas). Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you see signs for 'Monkey Mangrove Tour' and the dock. There is parking available near the dock, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

If you are using public transportation, catch a local bus from Manuel Antonio to Quepos. The bus runs frequently and costs around $0.50. Once in Quepos, you can either take a taxi or walk to the dock for the Monkey Mangrove Tour. If you choose to walk, head towards the Damas Island area (Calle Damas) and continue walking for about 3 kilometers. It’s advisable to confirm the exact stop with the bus driver, as they can guide you to the best drop-off point for accessing the tour.
