If you're driving, start at the main entrance of Santa Rosa National Park. Head southeast on Route 1 (Interamericana) for about 30 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you towards 'Playa Rajada' and take the exit towards Route 21. Follow Route 21 for approximately 15 kilometers until you see signs for Rajada Beach. The last few kilometers will be on a dirt road, so drive cautiously. There is no entrance fee for Rajada Beach, but ensure your vehicle is suitable for unpaved roads.

From Liberia, take a bus heading towards La Cruz or any bus that passes through Route 1. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Santa Rosa National Park. Once you disembark, you may need to wait for a taxi or ride-sharing service to take you to Rajada Beach, as public transport does not go directly to the beach. The taxi fare may cost around 10,000 to 15,000 Costa Rican colones (approximately $15-$25 USD) depending on your negotiation skills.
